Fortunately I did not miss my flight from LHR, but in future I will book directly with the taxi company and not use taxicode as a third party"

"I paid you in advance and driver never arrived. Expected on 5.30 in the morning on 4/12/2015. He just called me on 06.09 to tell me that his alarm did not work and he did not wake up. As a result we missed the 05.48 train from North camp to Gatwick airport. Cost of tickets 27.20 pounds. Then I had to beg a friend of mine to take us to Gatwick airport and I had to spend another 40 pounds for gas and parking. I also send an email to you at 06.10 am to inform you for the situation. Fortunately we did not miss our 08.45 flight to Athens. I demand a full refund of my expenses"
